This by designing non-invasive solutions, improvements, and adjustments to services that translate into actionable, and tangible change.
Today's generation no longer just cares about price and quality; so many more things are on the table; yet most of them are invisible to the majority people. Those who are able to see the real value of intangible things, and learn to use them in their favor, and for good... win. Rhythm, flow, energy, attitudes, behaviors, lighting, tone, temperature, noise, values, emotions...

Her experience includes deep research and usability studies to enhance customer journeys.
